• Currently, we ship only to Domestic US (48 contiguous United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For security reasons, we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

• Packages returned to our warehouse due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations will be refunded.

• We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

• All buyers must input accurate shipping information in order placement. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address. Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect address will not be refunded. Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility.

• Ordering products from various vendors may result in multiple shipping charges, based on the fulfillment locations.

• If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made within seven (7) business days of receipt (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status). We have the right to decline return requests that are made after seven (7) business days of receipt. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

• Return Labels: Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label if your product is eligible. Any other methods of return will not be accepted. • Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method, minus the original and return shipping costs. • Shoes: Must be returned unworn and with the original tags.
