DAME BOHEME Return Policy:
Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return: To start a return, please email us at orders@dameboheme.com within 7 business days of receiving your package. Please wait to receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions from us before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval or using an alternate return method may be delayed or rejected.
Return Conditions: Returned items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging with the SKU label intact. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return label. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at orders@dameboheme.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Swimwear Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, all swimwear items must be in new, original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and labels attached, and returned in their original packaging. Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons and do not remove the hygienic liner. Items that show signs of wear, such as makeup stains, odors, or damage, will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Swimwear: For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on G-string or micro bikini styles. These items are final sale.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Final sale items, including gift cards and made-to-order pieces, are not eligible for return or refund due to their custom and handmade nature (e.g. Mod North & Co. - Exceptions for Mod North & Co. items are only made in cases of damage during shipping—please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.)
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item received is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Proof of Return: We recommend keeping proof of shipment and tracking information until your refund has been processed.
Chargeback Policy: Customers are not allowed to initiate a chargeback once the order is confirmed.
