• Bust - Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
• Waist - Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your waist. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.
• Hip - Measure around the fullest part of your hips, placing the tape about midway between your bellybutton and crotch.
• Pant Inseam - Find a pair of pants that fit you well. Measure them from the crotch seam down the inside seam to the hem.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and typically arrive at their destination in the US within 5-8 business days. Please allow up to 10 Business Days (cca. 2 weeks) for products shipping from Overseas.

• Processing and delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays. Please note that actual shipping times may be subject to courier service and weather conditions.

• Currently, we ship only to Domestic US (48 contiguous United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For security reasons, we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

• Packages returned to our warehouse due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations will be refunded.

• All buyers must input accurate shipping information in order placement. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address. Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect address will not be refunded.

• We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

DAME BOHEME STANDARD RETURN POLICY:

• A return request may be made via email to orders@dameboheme.com within seven (7) business days of receipt. Please wait for us to provide you the return label. Using a different address can delay or decline your return.

• Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label if your product is eligible. Buyers must return the item within seven (7) days of receiving the return shipping label. Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return. 

• In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, with the original tags still attached and in its original packaging with SKU label.

• Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method, minus the shipping costs. Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. 

• Please make your selections carefully before placing an order. To find the right size, please refer to our detailed size guide available on each product page. Measurements may vary by product and brand, so it's essential to check the specific sizing information provided. The "one size" items should fit all. 

• Please include the original packing slip when you return it.
