DAME BOHEME Shipping Policy | Domestic Shipping (USA):

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days within the U.S.

Shipping Area:
We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Return shipping costs due to address errors are non-refundable.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.

Lost or Delivered Packages:
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or marked as “Delivered” by the courier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.

DAME BOHEME Return Policy:

Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return: To start a return, please email us at orders@dameboheme.com within 7 business days of receiving your package. Please wait to receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions from us before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval or using an alternate return method may be delayed or rejected.

Return Conditions: Returned items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging with the SKU label intact. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return label. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at orders@dameboheme.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items: 
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item received is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Proof of Return: We recommend keeping proof of shipment and tracking information until your refund has been processed.

Chargeback Policy: Customers are not allowed to initiate a chargeback once the order is confirmed.
