Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipping. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach to you via email. If your item(s) are available, we will process the charges when the order is ready for shipment. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS

For the Donna Vinci, Love the Queen, and Luxe Moda collections, our supplier does provide any refunds or accept returns.

EXCHANGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage or notice you received the wrong items, please contact us immediately at orders@dameboheme.com.

We can offer exchanges in 10 days from receiving them by the customer, if the garment is not worn and it has all its tags and cover.

Unfortunately, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the shipping charges.

Please make your selections carefully. To find the right size, please refer to our detailed size guide available on each product page. Measurements may vary by product and brand, so it's essential to check the specific sizing information provided. Additionally, if the fabric is stretchable, it should provide a better fit. The "one size" items should fit all.
