Care Instructions: Keep jewelry away from prolonged exposure to moisture. Before any activity, take off the jewelry and store it in a dark and dry place. This includes activities such as showering, swimming, or exercising. If the jewelry does get exposed to these conditions, rinse it under cold water and completely dry it with a dry and clean towel.

SHIPPING POLICY
• For US Products orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and typically arrive at their destination in the US within 5-7 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days (cca. 2 weeks) for the Overseas Products. Processing and delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays. Please note that actual shipping times may be subject to courier service and weather conditions.
• Currently, we ship only to Domestic US (48 contiguous United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For security reasons, we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes. We do not officially support shipping to any other country than the US 48 States just yet but plan to offer international shipping in the near future.
• Packages returned to our warehouse due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations will be refunded.
• We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
• All buyers must input accurate shipping information in order placement. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address. Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect address will not be refunded. Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility.
• Ordering products from various vendors may result in multiple shipping charges, based on the fulfillment locations.
RETURN POLICY
• If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made within seven (7) business days of receipt (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status). We have the right to decline return requests that are made after seven (7) business days of receipt. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
• Return Labels: Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label if your product is eligible. Any other methods of return will not be accepted. Buyers must return the item within seven (7) days of receiving the return shipping label. Once a return label is created, you must ship back to us within seven (7) days of submission to qualify for a full refund. Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return. All request to be sent via email to orders@dameboheme.com.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
• Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method, minus the original and return shipping costs. Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. The actual time for the refund to be posted on the buyer’s original payment method may vary depending on the bank. Depending on the reason of the return request, the refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
• Please make your selections carefully before placing an order. To find the right size, please refer to our detailed size guide available on each product page. Measurements may vary by product and brand, so it's essential to check the specific sizing information provided. The "one size" items should fit all. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Clothing: Must be returned unworn, unaltered, with the original tags still attached and in its original packaging with SKU label.
• Accessories (jewelry, handbags, hats, etc.): Must be returned unused, in original condition and with original tags attached.
• Shoes: Must be returned unworn and with the original tags.
Please include the original packing slip when you return it.
